Our country's litigious behaviors have changed over time which complicates the situation. Workers Compensation is meant to be the sole exclusive remedy for work related injury. The coverage is based on individual state laws and can be rather confusing. It's typically the line of business that generates the largest premium for your insured's and they dislike paying it the most, especially if they've never suffered a loss. A key component in the Workers Compensation premium is the experience modification and many insured are curious to how this factor works.
