Do I earn CE credits for this course?

Question: Do I earn CE credits for this course?

Answer: Hartford School technical programs, including our New Producer, Account Manager/CSR, and Graduate-level courses,  have been approved for CE Credits.  Students wishing to obtain CE Credits must be licensed prior to attending the program. If you are going to pursue CE credits, please bring your License Number and Issuance Date with you.  You are responsible for signing in and out on the CE Roster on a daily basis.

What is CLCS?

Question: What is CLCS?

Answer: The Hartford School of Insurance has been granted the authority by the National Underwriter Company to confer the Commercial Lines Coverage Specialist (CLCS) Designation to successful graduates of the Commercial Lines New Producer and Account Manager/CSR Programs.

What time does class begin and end?

Please refer to the following times for your Training Program:

  1. Entry-Level programs are Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 4:00pm.
  2. One-Day workshops are scheduled from 8:15am - 4:30pm.
  3. Webinars are scheduled at 10:00am and 2:00pm Eastern time.  Please adjust accordingly for your time zone.

When will I receive my Phase I self-study materials?

An HSI Training Coordinator will ship the Phase I materials one week prior to Phase I start date.  Materials are shipped to the students' Mentor for New Producer and Account Manager Programs.  Contact a Training Coordinator at 860-547-2828 for shipping information.
